Greenbelt Home Care is a home health agency, located in Eldora, Iowa, with the mission of promoting and providing the highest quality of care, services, and education to the residents of Hardin County.
We currently have openings for the following positions:
Weekend Package RN-Apply online HERE!
As a Weekend Package RN you would be responsible for being on-call every Saturday beginning at 8am through Monday at 8am and be scheduled for routine home health visits with current patients and admitting new patients on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. You would be responsible for answering the on-call phone which could consist of receiving phone calls from home health patients if they need assistance. You would be responsible to travel to the patients home to perform an assessment or assist them through the phone if applicable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40,560.00 - $43,680.00 per year

Our Nurses will help with any medications or wounds, and our Home Health Aides can assist you with personal care needs. At Greenbelt Home Care, everyone works together as a team so you can go home.

A. The frequency of our visits will be determined by the services we’re providing. We’ll call ahead to confirm the visits, and make sure we properly identify ourselves when we arrive. Greenbelt Home Care doesn’t want there to be any surprises or uncertainty.
